Who are we?

Mash Media is a magazine publisher and event organiser specifically for all corners of the events industry. We produce five magazines and run a large number of events including Confex, Event Production Show and Office*. We also run a recruitment firm called Red Recruitment, also designed specifically for the events industry.

How do we collect information?

We have a central online form which covers subscriptions to all of our magazines and mailing lists. Once you’ve clicked ‘submit’ and filled in the form, this information is then stored in a CRM system that sits on our secure server. This is all maintained by specialist IT firm, independent to Mash Media.

How is your information used?

We will use your postal information to fulfil the print subscriptions you have requested from us (if any). These can be cancelled at any time by emailing us on customerservices@mashmedia.net or calling 0208 481 1128.

Your email address will be used to deliver your newsletter subscriptions and / or any other updates you have opted in for.

The demographic questions about your job role and company helps us make sure that any messages we send from ourselves or on behalf of partners remain relevant and interesting to you.

Who has access to your information?

We will never pass your information to third parties or anyone outside of Mash Media. Only the Data Controller and Data Assistant within the business have access to your contact details.

If you have opted in for third party messages, these messages will be produced and distributed by us and us only. You can unsubscribe at any time via the links at the bottom of the emails.

Your data will be stored in a CRM system that lives on a secure server. This server is protected and managed by a speciality IT and security firm.
