User grants The White Book, Ocean Media Group Ltd affiliates and their designees the right to alter or change User content including assigned categories and other links at any time without notice.

However, this section does not apply to any personal information submitted by a User which identifies him or her. This will be processed only as provided in the personal data section of the data or registration submission form of this or related The White Book websites, elsewhere in these Terms and any other terms and conditions which apply specifically to any relevant transaction (if any) between User and any The White Book Affiliate.

We do not generally accept returns or give refunds but if your copy of The White Book is damaged in transit we will exchange it. Please call 020 7 772 8407 or email: admin@whitebook.co.uk within seven days of receipt to arrange the return of the publication (contact details above). Please Note: We are unable to refund and cannot replace any copies not previously authorised.

Changes to site and these terms

The White Book and/or third party providers may make improvements and/or changes in products, support, services, utilities, prices and/or other Site content (including these Terms) at any time with or without notice.

The White Book may provide notice of changes to these Terms (or other Site content) by displaying notices on this site or other communication means.
