Designed for small groups, the initiative provides delegates with a fun opportunity to finish the day’s meeting with an entertaining yet informative masterclass on how to prepare authentic Sichuan cuisine - an unusual and effective alternative to provide a development program for the group.

Brendan Speed, executive chef of The Chinese Cricket Club - formerly of Zuma Istanbul, will give a 90-minute presentation, allowing delegates to test their senses and taste the ingredients used to make up the staples of Chinese cooking. Besides the cooking, he will share the background on the origins of and the history behind the ingredients used.  A team of Chinese chefs, including his dim sum specialist, will take the delegates through the art of making the little saviour delicacies.

During the masterclass, delegates will be treated to the dishes, which have been prepared. On the menu will be a selection of Chinese Cricket Club signature dishes including Soft Shell Crab, Cloud Ear Mushroom Salad, Pork Sui Mui, Fried Sea Bass with Garlic Chives, Ma Po Tofu and Chawan Mushi.

The new concept is available for groups of up to 12 persons and is priced at £95 inc VAT and includes:
