Boris Johnson seeks 2012 events
Working with Visit London, Mayor Boris Johnson is creating an online resource, The Culture Diary, to detail all the information he can muster about what will be happening in the capital from January to December 2012.
Until 31 December this year, any organisation or individual planning a cultural event or programme in London during the year 2012 can upload their details free at www.theculturediary.com
“London is the most exciting city on the planet, let there be no doubt” Johnson said “In 2012 we are going to put on one of the greatest shows on earth, and throughout the year, not just during the Olympic and Paralympic Games, our city will offer a cornucopia of wonderful cultural events, large scale and small, from east to west and from north to south”.
Let’s not hide our collective light under a bushel, don’t miss your chance to be part of the calendar for 2012.

With the creation of the 2012 Culture Diary showing everything that is going on throughout those 12 months it will help everyone to plan their own programmes and be a one-stop shop for Londoners and tourists wanting to find out everything cultural that is happening in the capital.
